Actress Rhea Chakraborty reached home after being behind bars for a month. The Bombay High Court on Wednesday morning granted bail to the Jalebi actress. However, her brother’s plea got rejected and so, Showik Chakraborty’s is still in jail.

The court has pronounced many conditions while granting bail to Rhea. An amount of Rs. One Lakh has to be given by Rhea and the court also told her to mark her presence for 10 days at the police station. She even needs to deposit her passport along and there were many other conditions imposed upon the actress. Apart from Rhea, Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant’s bail plea also got accepted by the court.

While Sushant’s father’s lawyer said, “Written to CBI Director to constitute a fresh forensic team to look into reports prepared by Cooper Hospital and to give an opinion as to whether the opinion by Cooper Hospital can be sustained or not. Whether the death can be said by hanging or to be said by murder or strangulation.”
