Actor Ajay Devgn’s brother and filmmaker Anil Devgn had an untimely demise yesterday on October 5. The filmmaker died at the age of 45. Brother Ajay Devgn took to twitter and confirmed the sad news. Many Bollywood celebrities expresssed grief over the unfortunate news. Actor-director Farhan Akhtar extended deepest condolences and wrote on his Twitter account, “Sorry for your loss @ajaydevgn. Deepest condolences to you and family.”

While Ajay Devgn posted, “I lost my brother Anil Devgan last night. His untimely demise has left our family heartbroken. ADFF & I will miss his presence dearly. Pray for his soul. Due to the pandemic, we will not have a personal prayer meet🙏”

Anil Devgn has directed two films for his brother Ajay in two films – ‘Raju Chacha’ and ‘Blackmail.’
